i was recovering from the flu so i didn't get to the parade this weekend. BOO! despite not making it, my attire was quite festive. (gotta love those $5 Target tees!) Happy St Patty's Day everyone!! Any fun plans or events to share?!

The parade in SYR was good but we only stayed for 1 hour; I was COLD!
We did catch the rebroadcast on TV that night and saw our friend Nicole on the SPARC float; she was trying to hide from the camera.... NO SUCH LUCK there!
And then you have the Murphys, they ended up in the hospital with a cut hand and then a smashed car in the lot when leaving...

I slotted up to a pub around the corner and when they told me they were out of sheapeards pie...I decided to go with the Irish corn beef and cabbage, washed down with a cold pint of IPA.
Yeah for Shepard's Pie; but next year I told Tom it's Irish Stew (over boiled dinner). Gives me a whole year to work on the recipe!
