Yum! Lisa and I had ours on Monday (in a Asian marinade) and are having it again on Friday night when Ash comes to town. Any recipes you recommend.
Holy hell - did he catch that all by himself?! Or did Jon's special technique come in handy?
almost any marinade will work; tropical (pinneaple & such) or Italian or Greek Dressing...
Remember only marinade for 15 mins, 30 max... it gets too salty. Also, minimal grilling. I grill the veggies separately, add rice, sushi rice is my favorite and wahla....
I'm have Sue over to dinner Saturday, for some Tuna. She drops Zach off at ALBANIEEEEEE!
